Wow-what a horrible ordering experience from sagefinds.com. I purchase two dogs' beds 75.00 and when they finally arrived they were not at all what I expected. I immediately paid to return them via USPS priority mail. They were received in 4 days (I have proof) but no refund was ever issued to me. I emailed customer service several times only to get a canned response that they had issued my refund. Once I turned them into the BBB I get a response saying my bank rejected the refund and that they were mailing me a paper check. Well 2 months later and I still do not have the funds. How does this company stay in business with such horrible customer service.
