The arms on the first pair were not set properly with one significantly lower than the other making the glasses crooked. It took a few days to bend them into place and almost broke them.

I had this product up on two different sites to compare pricing with taxes and shipping and all that, and it ended up being so close (3-cent difference) I went with this site because I liked how much easier it was to navigate.
I sold custom fit men's clothing for years, I have measured thousands of customers and had a staff of three full time tailors. I know how to fit a belt, I also measured an existing belt from the middle hole to the buckle (yes the inside) so I know the size I ordered should have fit. It was too small, so I emailed to see if I could exchange it. I was told no because it was clearance. The site showed a sale price but no mention of "clearance". The no return police is on page two. Congratulations you fooled me. Now I went to order the next size up and you were out. So I ordered another size up and it is too big. I can punch new holes in it to make it fit. Based on this experience, I would not recommend your site to anyone, I will tell them to be careful if they are purchasing and it will be a while before I would consider you again. So you successfully drove me to your competition.
