Found what I was looking for at a reduced price. (Bargain)
Only issue I had, was an erroneous "item shipped" and tracking number. Problem was resolved via phone call to cust service, and item shipped and received with only minor delay. Very helpful Customer Service. Problem was probably only a computer glitch.

Your Jetconnex cables do not work with the pollack adapters, would of been nice to know that before ordering. You need to put that in the notes.
Shipping is too high
So far So good. Great price, hope that shipping goes well. Like the fact that you have a installation video of your products, that is a great selling feature!Recieved the CV**** on Friday and installed it in about 2 hours. Took more time finding a location for the unit and the routing than the actual install. Vac works great, a little loud but it is in a compartment and can close the door. Great product and will shop here again in the future!

Website claimed same day shipment...not quite. So far, my one order of 9 items has shipped in 4 different packages (and no, it's not too big to have fit in one large box or 2 small/mediums). Worst of all, the 4th package shipped today, over ONE FULL WEEK from the date the order was placed. Prices were good, but the speed of shipment was woeful. If I've got all the time in the world to wait for my items, I may consider shopping again...

Product and price were the best. Ordered on Thursday, goods arrived Saturday. The only thing missing was a copy of an invoice with charge slip attached.
