Website did not respond well at times although I have a strong Internet connection. Had difficuly with shopping cart. Told me it was empty so I ended up with double order. Had problem getting rid of extra item.

Had above problems placing order but may have been my fault as well. After placing order was extremely pleased with service received and would definitely use rvupgradestore for any rv needs.

Watch the S&H charges... on costly order UPS charge, while not welcome, is reasonable... on small orders UPS can easily double the cost.

Your part prices are about the same I can get in a trailer store when they have the items, but your shipping is OUTRAGIOUSLY HIGH. It doubled the price of the parts when all I needed was a nut and cover.
