Nice website. Laid out well and easy to use!
Simple and fast. I had a couple of defective bulbs and they immediately made it right and paid for return shipping for the bad bulbs. I had the new bulbs before I even had a chance to send back the bad ones. I doesn't get any better than that. I couldn't be happier.

So far so good, called 866 # and r xd friendly fast response to my questions. Having Pay Pal is a big plus for me. R xd the A/C unit in a timely manner and undamaged. Installed unit same day, turned it on and it went to work. Unit has been running a week now and it's just flawless. The auto cycling vents are effective at moving air around as this is a 32' (non ducted) trailer, the rear bed room actually gets cold!
Products are easy to find. The LED bulbs work just fine.
Nice selection, but shipping high so would try to find locally first. Order arrived quickly and the product is quality. Perfect fit.

You have a good selection of products for a reasonable price and shipping rates. I have not experienced "unbelievable" price quotes just to be gaffed with an extraordinarily high shipping and handling fee.
The tracking system you are using leaves much to be desired. The link you provided brought me to a generic web page with 4 carrier choices, UPS not among them. The tracking number it's self was strange. I have never experienced this tracking system before and I hope I never do again. Yes. The purchase was delivered in a timely fashion but I had no idea, from the 'tracking information' you provided where the package was or when it would arrive. If it were not for this shortcoming of your site I would give you a 5 star overall rating.
