Product was correct per my order, received in a timely manner. Price was reasonable. HOWEVER, the product has a factory production defect found during installation. I contacted the manufacturer first. They told me I should contact you first. So I called and sent an e-mail with pictures and an explanation of the defect. My expectations are that you should send me a new set of 22 inch Kwikee slides, part number ******* and with that replacement send me a return shipping label and take these defective slides back.
So far it's been 2 days and the e-mail has been read by 3 different people. No one has called me, period. FYI I had a similar situation with Camping World last fall and they replaced a factory defective tow bar manufactured by a different company and sent me a return label. That is customer service. I should have never had to send an email. The situation should have been resolved when I called. VERY UNHAPPY!
