Was not contacted for two days after my order was then told my sink cover was back ordered my sink showed up with a scratch in it because of poor packaging and still have not heard when my cover will be here so I will be sure to spread the word about your customer service

Right part but it came with the wrong wiring harness. I had to rewire to make it work.

I would recommend JT's strong arms to everyone that has a travel trailer with scissor jacks, they virtually eliminated all trailer bounce and sway. Our camping spot is on a little hill so the front of our trailer is pretty high, I have tried other stabilizers with no success. JT's strong arms are the best accessory I have purchased for our rv and rvupgradestore.com made it easy. They had the best price and I was very surprised on how fast the shipping was. Thanks!

I was very impressed with the amount of time it took to receive my order.
Had difficulty placing the order initially but it finally went through. Unfortunately when the order arrived, it was the wrong part needed, and I contacted Stephanie in customer service who found the correct part number, arranged the order for it (it was not in stock) and she tracked its shipment. I expect to have it on Wednesday of this week. I was very pleased with Stephanie's helpful attitude and pleasant demeanor. She was wonderful to work with.
