When I need RV items and supplies I go to RV Upgrades before going to other suppliers. Why? First, price. The Tetford toilet seal treatment and conditioner I ordered was about $3 less than Camping World. The 3 bottle packs of Blue Streak toilet chemical is listed at a price that has not been equaled by any other suppliers. Second, my order was packed and shipped withing a day, and I received in in about 3 days. Third, tracking information and number was included with my emailed shipment notification, and it was easy to follow the status of my order. Thus, I knew exactly when my order would arrive, and it arrived on time. Finally, charges for shipping and handling seem to be less than what companies that think they are industry leaders charge for shipping to the same location. I have canceled orders with competitors because their shipping charges were "out of this world", but RV Upgrade seem to charge a fair shipping fee.

My biggest issue with your website is that I have to select an item and then click on the Show button to get to the item. Get rid of the second click and just take me to the item when I select it.
