I have made several purchases through them. I always look for the best price everywhere. They have been very good to me with selection, price, and shipping. My water heater came with the wrong manual in the box and they got the correct one to me asap.

Cart issue. Purchase one item at checkout it changed to 2 items. Could not remove second item, had to start over.
Major issue was order shipped in two packages with tracking info showing one shipment. Only half of order arrived per tracking and no other info of second package being shipped.

Have not had a chance to use either product yet

I tried to use the Amazon payment and it would not work, keep asking me for the first name on the billing address but no place to put it in.
