The items were exactly what was advertised and rvupgradestore.com had the best price including shipping of any that I saw. I received them in good condition. My only issue was with the time between when I placed my order and when it finally shipped. Having placed my order on a Saturday, I had no expectations of it being shipped any sooner than Monday. Unfortunately, they were not able to ship until Wednesday. I do give them credit, however, for the job their customer service department did of communicating with me as to what was causing the delay. So, overall, I am very happy with my experience, and would purchase from them again, if they had an item that I needed.
When we first logged on I did something wrong and it took me a few minutes to straighten it out.
