Shipping costs were confusing. It indicated $0.00 shipping, but then when I indicated place order, it prompted me to select shipping method. I understand the logic flow, but it should never indicate $0.00 unless there is no shipping charge. Should indicate customer should select a shipping method instead of making it appear to be free (I'm a Quality Assurance analyst for a company that builds web sites, and this is something I'd never allow to get to the customer...)
In addition, my credit card was charged for the full amount when the part was ordered, but it wasn't shipped for another three days. Not happy about that...
