Great service as advertised - perfect
I am prob the biggest skeptic...especially when it's a matter like this one but having no other choice I called rush my passport on Monday and by thursday I had the passport in hand. Amie Figueroa was an angel, I'm pretty sure I called asking the same questions 3 times during the short and simple filing process and she kindly answered them each time without any concerns! Definitely recommend this service if u for some reason have a "blonde mom moment" like me and need ur child's passport quick!

Rush My Passport made my experience way less stressful. They sent me a detailed checklist and had someone go over everything with me to make sure I was not missing any documents. They were expensive, but that's the price you pay for procrastination. I submitted my documents on November 2nd and received my passport November 15th (13 day turn around). I would recommend this to a friend in need but would also recommend just ordering your passport in advance to avoid the expenses.

Still a good service, but I had paid for Next Day service and had to followup as my order was not processed. RMP did provide a refund and processed the order immediately upon receiving my complaint so that was what salvaged the order.
What amazing staff! Every time I called with questions I reached such polite and helpful staff. They answered my questions with patience, taking time to give me step by step even though I was looking at the check list! I also loved that they sent me emails, daily, as to the progress of the task at hand. Not to mention, delivery for my Passport was 7 am so I didn't have to wait around to receive it! I would highly recommend this company!
