I was skeptical and a bit nervous to use an online company however I was pleasantly surprised. Customer service was extremely helpful. I appreciated the weekend and extended hours. As long as you do your part by filling out all information accurately and completely with appropriate photo, the company will do their part and get it processed and rushed back to you. Mine came faster than expected. For me, the expense was worth the peace of mind of having my passport renewed in time for my trip.

I needed to renew my passport for a cruise vacation coming up in 30 days. I used the standard service (10-12 business days) and my passport arrived in 9 business days! The customer service representative walked me through the checklist and reviewed everything with me to make sure my packet was correct and had everything needed for DOS. It was an easy process thanks to that checklist and I had absolutely no problems--this service was well worth the money! The customer service person was particularly helpful and professional. Overall a great experience that relieved the stress of getting a passport in time for our vacation.

I had a trip booked for my daughter, then realized her passport had expired 2 months earlier. I needed the new one fast and I was leaving the States the next day and had very little time to take care of this. I nervously gathered everything and kept my fingers crossed. She got her new passport in exactly one week. Plenty of time for her trip to join me in Canada. I've used them before and once again very happy with the results.

I had a particularly difficult situation, having lost my passport just before it expired and being in a tight spot on renewal since my birth certificate was also unavailable in a timely manner (Thanks Hudson County New Jersey!). These guys were able to provide me a methodology for still getting my Passport renewed in about 2 weeks, which was amazing. I thought my travel plans were going to go up in smoke. Even when I was given a piece of bad information which led me to make a wasted trip to the local Post Office to have documents sealed, they came through on the spot and emailed the information I needed within 30 minutes. A quick trip to the local FedEx/Kinkos to print and I was back on track. Totally satisfied.

Can't say enough about the service (except that I hope to never have to use it again!). Realized late Monday night that our child's passport had expired 2 months earlier and had travel plans for that Friday. Tuesday, we followed the instructions to a "T", called as required to review the checklist / documents prior to getting the Fedex label and authorization letter sent to us, and had everything sent off by just after noon. Our documents were received Wed am by rushmypassport. The communication / emails from rushmypassport were amazing and reassuring all the way through. Got our passport by Thursday afternoon. Expensive? Sure. But considering the cost of having to cancel/rebook three airfares it was a lose-lose proposition either way. We were so impressed by the service and so so relieved by getting the passport in time to travel that it made it all worthwhile. Hope to never have to use such a service again, but glad we chose to go with rushmypassport.
