The service was fine, it's the cost that was high. After dealing with you, I found that I could have done this entire process via the post office or a local processing center (that did not come up on my online search) that was local to my work location. The processing fee was high!

My experience with James Rosier at RushMyPassport was simply the best. I needed my passport for a trip in 4 days and too be honest I was worried about not receiving it in time. Once I talked with Mr. Rosier he calmly walked me through the required steps to make sure all the documents were filled out correctly. He said the number 6 is very important, because that is how many items needed to be in the envelope that I was sending overnight. I counted the documents at least 6 times before putting them in the envelope. On the last review I noticed I had put the wrong state on the DS-82 form. I remember Mr. Rosier stating that any mistake on the paperwork would automatically reject the application which would result in not getting the passport in time for the trip. Mr. Rosier's experience as a passport specialist saved my family vacation!

I was pleased with the service in that I received my passport and was able to make the trip. Disappointing was the fact that my passport did not come as promised. I paid an extra $50 to get it by Monday, April 7,2014. You notified me that it was sent on Friday, 4/4/14. It did not come on Monday as promised. On Tuesday morning, I got a message from UPS that it would come that day. Toward the end of the day, I got a message that it would not come until Wednesday. I had to drive to the UPS office in Sparks, NV to pick it up in person in order to leave for the trip on Thursday morning, 4/10/14. That certainly was not overnight delivery which I had paid for. And there were three anxious days wondering if I could go with the group on the trip. All of that was disappointing. MaryJo Barrett
