It would be nice if you could fix your website so that customers cannot click several times and have their account charged multiple times. I had one order and my bank account was charged 9 times! The issue was resolved in a reasonable amount of time--but I did not like being told it was my fault. I had no knowlege that it was happening--not even a notification from your company that all of these new accounts were being created. You should have a warning or fix it so that cannot happen.

When my husband surprised me with a trip to Belize for our 2 year wedding anniversary, I realized my passport still had my maiden name! I needed to get it corrected before our trip in 3 weeks. I knew there was a small chance I would get it in time by going through the State Department directly, but I did not want to take a chance for any hiccups. I researched this company's track record (yes, I was worried about sending my passport to them) and found no negative reports. So, I took the chance and I am so thankful I did. The only effort I had to contribute after printing out the documents and pulling out my marriage certificate was getting a new passport photo made a local CVS pharmacy store and getting the envelope to the UPS store...I did both before eating breakfast on a Saturday morning! I got my passport fast (8 days) and my only worry now is if my bathing suit will fit for our tropical vacation!

With two exceptions, the service provided was excellent. At the start of the process, we were told my one rep that we only needed an intent to travel in order to request expedited service. However, when our application was received we were contacted by email and informed that we needed an itinerary in order to proceed. It took several phones calls (including some unanswered messages) before we were able to talk to someone about how to meet the requirement. The solution was simple, but we had a lot of anxiety until we got help.

The second glitch concerned the UPS mailing label which was emailed to us. For some reason the two parts printed out overlapping each other, and the tech help person we were referred to was unable to tell us how to fix the problem. Fortunately, we have a neighbor who is more tech-savvy than we are, and she got it to print correctly. This shouldn't have been necessary.

Everyone we spoke with during the process was friendly and helpful, but the quality of help provided was not consistent because some reps seemed to know a lot more than others.

In the end, we received our new passports in a timely manner. Now that we know the process better, if we ever have to do this again I would use this service with a high degree of confidence.
