I really didn't believe that they could expedite my passport that quickly! I thought I might have to change or cancel my travel plans. Everything was as promised. I was confused as to when I would get my pass port back and the customer service rep provided all the details and it all happened as stated.
I live in California and my brother lives in Ontario, Canada. He was to have emergency heart surgery within the next week or so.
