Simple, quick process fir those of us who forget about having passports when you need one.
I definitely needed an expedited passport and you were completely reliable at all stages of the process. I asked for assistance at various points and Teddi was very helpful and comforting.
Of course it is a large expense, but I was willing to incur it to get my passport, which was delivered by UPS last evening. I'm scheduled to go to Vancouver this Friday and now will have no difficulty making the journey.

I was initially skeptical of using a service to obtain my passport, but I was pleasantly surprised. The whole process was fully explained in the initial contact. I was then e-mailed a checklist that confirmed the process, and the whole procedure went completely as described within the time constraints. I'm so happy I have received my passport on time. I leave in 2 weeks to the Bahamas. James Rosier did an awesome job on breaking down the information that I needed for all the required documents that were needed to be mailed out to Rushmypassport. He did not mind repeating himself for me, I even read off the step by step list of required documents he had told to write down. I used that as my check off guide and also the the check off guide they provide for you as well in a email, to make sure I did not miss any thing.
I also like the fact I got a email and a phone call stating that Rushmypassport has gotten my passport and it was being processing stage, with also a reminder when it had been ship out.
