Got my passport on time which is great. Half the customer service reps I spoke with however were very rude.
The overall experience was very good. I received my passport very quickly and the process was simplified very well by rushmypassport.com.
My only issue was with my initial call to receive the prepaid shipping label and authorization letter. The representative I spoke with was not very warm or friendly. It felt like he was having a rough morning and that he was taking it out on a customer by being impatient and carrying a tone that was belittling. He also committed to sending me the documents I needed; which didn't happen. I had to call back again and work with someone else who then got them to me immediately.
