I had know idea really what I was doing before starting this process, I called the customer service center a couple of times and they were very nice and walked me though every thing I needed to do. After realizing that my husband's passport was expired just five days before our trip, I was referred to rushmypassport.com by the organization who booked our trip. Since I am not real handy with using e-mail for business, I had some beginner problems with the individuals answering my concerns. (Must qualify this though, I had a friend who helping and who became quite frustrated.) When Antonio took over and I fired my friend, we got along fine. I did certainly appreciated Antonio's patience. This is to explain why there is only three stars at customer service. Completely satisfied. It took us a little time to get all our documentation and then get my husband to sign it. I was on vacation with the documents and had to wait till he got there to have him sign the one paper which I didn't realize he had to do. Small glitch on our part but it worked out fine.

I was nervous about the prospect of sending off my passport to people I did not know. But giving it to the post office also unnerved me.
That said, Rushmypassport kept me in the loop and did everything they said they would in less time than the speed I paid for.
