My passport expired a few months ago and I suddenly needed to take a business trip overseas. Thought I might have to wait a few weeks if going through the US Dept of State but was pleased to find this site with a quick Google search. After reading a few 3rd party reviews I was satisfied (given the circumstances) that the business risk was worth a few hundred dollars to give it a try. Thought there would be more hoops but no, had my passport had delivered to my door within less than 48 hours! I had to call customer service a few times to clarify some points of confusion for me, but they were all very polite, professional, and courteous, practically hand-holding me through the process (even when my phone disconnected us near the end of the call). I was very pleased with this service, really can't believe that was so quick and easy.

I truly didn't think you could turn around a passport in less than 24 hours, but you did in my case. I went to your site on tuesday, filled out the forms and gathered my documents. Wednesday morning i had my documents certified and witnessed, but the fed ex shipment didn't go out to you until 6:00 pm wednesday evening. You received my passport thursday and processed it the same day and shipped it out that evening. I received my passport at 11:05 am on friday, jumped in the car for a 4 hour drive to the airport and made my flight! At the airline ticket counter they told me i had to sign it, which i hadn't had a chance to do! I told them i had just picked it up at 11:00. This service was great! I realized that my passport had expired about 30 days prior to my trip. There is no walk in passport service near where I live, so I had to rush it. Process was easy to use. Only 2 constructive feedback items: 1. Expensive (but when required it is what it is) and 2. The links in the email didn't work and the images didn't display well, so some of the steps were hard to read. Bill H in customer service was great in helping me get through the process. Would definitely refer friends and family to this process.

Truly amazing! I found out my passport was expiring within 90 days of my trip abroad, and therefore couldn't gain entry into the European country I was visiting.
