I only gave one star because I had too I feel like this website is a fraudulent one never sent item or responded do not order from this site you will not get your things and another thing 20 dollars for rush shipping and it still never came
Sadly, this company took my money and never sent my order. Not only that, but they are non-responsive to inquiries. Luckily, I paid through PayPal, filed a claim, and PayPal ruled in my favor so I got my money back. Beware of ordering from this company though.

The Leather tote is everything I imagined it would be. It's spacious and open style allows me to organize it MY way; there's plenty of room for my i pad, laptop makeup bag, wallet, my planner and a book! It's the perfect size for me, as most totes feel huge on my small frame. The material is flexible and durable, great leather quality. I have nothing but good things to say about this bag. I bought the silver color, and I actually love the color more when I saw it! Later i purchased the black one

I'm absolutely in love with my new dress, it is just amazing! The size fits exactly as the size chart says. The shipment was fast and I received it as expected. The communication was also very good. And the dress! It is even more beautiful than in the picture! I'll repeat my purchase again in RunwayAppeal and would recommend it to my family and friends.
I ordered two items on Nov 1st. As of Dec 6th only one has been delivered. Company does not answer emails regarding status. I can understand if its late BUT let the customer know!

I purchase a celebrity Nina bag on August 25. I have sent emails requesting an update no response. I am very disappointed. Really they can't be rated. My credit card was debit for this purchase
The purse is really cute but it's not made in LA as they're trying to make us think. It ships from China. Processing of the order itself took 8 days. I've ordered stuff from China before even during the pandemic and they didn't need an entire week to process my order. Also, there's no option to cancel your order, otherwise I would've cancelled it long before. Customer Service can only be reached via email and they don't even have their own domain, they use gmail! I would've returned my order for a refund but a lot of reviews I found on Google mentioned about not getting their money back and I don't want to risk it. No wonder there's no option to cancel the order, otherwise a huge percentage of buyers would've cancelled their order already. And the purse itself is too expensive for something made in China.
Oh and the handle was bent because of the packaging. They're advertising it to be a luxury item so the least they could do is pack it properly but no, it wasn't even on a box. It was wrapped by plastic like a ball which bent the handle.

Too pricey for a China-made product, it's tough to get hold of Customer Service, no option to cancel order.

On Sept 29th I ordered a handbag from your store and received confirmation of the order. I have heard NOTHING since. No ship date, no tracking number, NOTHING! I have sent several emails without response. However, I did receive an email asking how I like my purchase. Well, how would I know since I haven't received it! There is no phone number to call and no one ever answers the emails. I really like this handbag and would like to have it, but if this is the kind of customer service you have, and you can't do what you promise, then I want my money back. If I get no response from you, then I will have to take further action, so I would appreciate a PROMPT RESPONSE!
I purchased 2 purses for a total of $227.00 from their website on 01/27/22. I have not received an email of my order status or if it has been shipped. I have sent 3 emails and no response. There is no phone number associated with this business. On 02/09/22, I reached out by messaging this business on their Instagram page and left comments on their most current posts to get their attention. The business messaged me back stating they will look into my order, but have not received a response after that. They also deleted my comments on the photos I posted comments to. On 02/11/22, I repeated reaching out to them and posting messages on their current photos hoping for a response, but I don't think I would get a response from them. To date, I have not received a response, no bags, and I am out $227.00. This is business is a SCAM! I have placed review comments on Better Business Bureau and will reach out to State of California Department of Consumer Affairs. If you don't want to get scammed, please stay away from this business.
Ordered a jumpsuit for my girlfriend. She loves it. The quality of product was fantastic and the delivery was on time. Now its her favourite online store for clothing and accessories.
