“Horrible customers service and horrible resolution”

I purchased 6 bar stools in July of 2022 and they are already falling apart! His site claims to have top of the line products and customer service and that is not the case. The back of the chairs are ripping and the screws always fall out. NEVER NEVER BUY FROM HERE! I would have loved a full refund but u detest and that I have had chairs for 7 months. I would have appreciated an exchange or at least a partial refund so that I could buy new stools. Do not trust this company.
