One more customer ripped off by Rubikki. They canceled my order and no refund after almost 60 days. You`d be wise to avoid them.
Do not shop here. Bought a modem, never got item and they sent me an email that the item was out of stock and that i shoud be getting a refund, now citibank is trying to dispute charge, no refund yet after a month.
Rubikki does not even deserve a star, they took my payment for a compressor which I have not received and my refund is never forthcoming. Fo not shop here.
First time I've ever been scammed from an online website purchasing an item. Bought a robot shark vacuum for $150. They pulled the funds from my CC and told me it was out of stock and would refund me. It has been a month, no refund, no way to call the company, and they said they will contact me within 24-72 hours, but again no response from anyone. I'm going to press charges. This is MY hard earned money. Not theirs to keep b/c they didn't have a product in stock! THAT THEY CHARGED ME FOR
I ordered an electric shaver from this company. I got a conformation that they received my order and it was being processed. Five days later they sent another email saying that the order was refunded due to product being sold out. After numerous attempts to contact rubikki.com there was no response. First time in all these years of shopping that i got ripped off! It turns out that the website was registered only a few months ago. Total scam/rip off
