Needed 4 rubber bushings. Did not meet minimum order level. Could have purchased several other items to meet minimum order level, but all were out of stock. Had to order 10 bushings. If you are going to have a minimum order level, keep your inventory up to date or get rid of it.

I couldn't find the rubber end caps I needed anywhere else for a decent price.

I have 20 party chairs that the plastic feet were breaking off. I like the rubber feet from Rubberfeetwarehouse, they fit really nice on my chairs. I just wish that they were white.

I have an old Hunter ceiling fan in my bedroom. The rubber grommets that hold the fan blades to the brackets were dry, crumbling and worn out. Frustrated that Hunter has no replacements available and the ridiculous prices offered for similar parts on eBay, I took some measurements and started a Google search. Found exactly what I was looking for at a fair price. The order was also shipped out promptly.

I was promised a date of delivery and that delivery date was not met. When I called to inquire about it they graciously refunded my delivery fee and gave me a new delivery date. After that delivery date passed, without any explanation they canceled my order and refunded my money.

Pathetic service. Ordered 4 feet. They sent 3 correct ones, and one incorrect.
Not a peep in response to two emails and two voicemails.
They send lots of gratuitous emails welcoming you as a client. Now if they would actually do what they talk about.

I did not receive the items I ordered. I'm annoyed that I wasted my time researching this. I ended up having to find an alternative locally. AND I still had to pay shipping for items I never received through no fault of my own.

Edit: The address on my confirmation email is 100% correct so there was no error on my side. I was charged $12.75 and refunded $9.25shipping was NOT refunded.

Look, I ordered these month's ago. Why the hell are asking me now. In 50 years this is the first set of rubber feet I have ordered. They work great too, but how many of theses do you think I'm going to order?
