I ordered two rubber feet for a project at a cost of 75 cents each. The shipping cost for $1.50 worth of material was $3.50. These two items weighted a few ounces and could have been mailed for much less.

Pathetic service. Ordered 4 feet. They sent 3 correct ones, and one incorrect.
Not a peep in response to two emails and two voicemails.
They send lots of gratuitous emails welcoming you as a client. Now if they would actually do what they talk about.

The feet were supposed to be 1.75 inches in length and diameter. These were legs for a saw that already had one steel leg so I had to match it. I ordered 1.75 feet but they were an 1/8 short so I had to add a thick washer for a spacer. Other than that they seem to be good enough rubber to last a while.

Needed 4 rubber bushings. Did not meet minimum order level. Could have purchased several other items to meet minimum order level, but all were out of stock. Had to order 10 bushings. If you are going to have a minimum order level, keep your inventory up to date or get rid of it.

I was promised a date of delivery and that delivery date was not met. When I called to inquire about it they graciously refunded my delivery fee and gave me a new delivery date. After that delivery date passed, without any explanation they canceled my order and refunded my money.

I had a time sensitive project and all the parts didnt arrive, just a note in the box saying they will be here soon.

The shipment was wrong. They did not send it all then sent screws too long later. Won't do business with them again!

I needed a rubber foot to go under the seats in a boat and that is not something I could find locally but Rubber Feet Warehouse came through. I was also pleased with their reasonable and fast shipping.

Before ordering I spoke with a representative who was very friendly and answered my question quickly. The product was shipped quickly and received shortly thereafter. I would be happy to order from them again.

I play drums and am always looking for parts that are hard to obtain! I have a hi hat cymbal stand that I need the rubber feet for the cymbal holders! Looking for rubber door bumpers for an rv. Big box store wanted $4.50 each, Rbrft Warehouse is $. 45 each! Needless to say, purchased 10 for the cost of one! They followed up the order with personalized email thank you and later confirmation of shipment.

I ordered what I thought could be used for license plate stand0offs but upon receipt found they would not do. Happily, when the support folks were asked, they were willing to take them back, which is much better than simply throwing them in the trash.

I searched all over the Web to find the right rubber bumpers for our church's pew kneelers. Rubberfeetwarehouse sells grommets by the piece they have a good variety and the shipping charges are reasonable. My order was prepared and shipped within a day and each size of grommet was bagged individually.
