$50 for shipping on cooler bags + BBB complaints

I spent time picking out some cooler bags on their website. The website looked good, as did the merchandise. At checkout I noticed they were trying to charge $50 for shipping which is silly. They have numerous BBB complaints, which are UNANSWERED.
