Had an appt for hair and make up for my elderly mother for her grand daughters wedding!. Owner nNEVER showed up and never ao much as returned DM as per their direction to contact their number- Extremely disappointing and unprofessional!
The worst!
And I only imagine the reason they got a Best of in 2022 was that no one else was open from the pandemic! Rouge acosmetics- Salem, MA shame in you!
