We've been long-time Rotimatic customers and were excited to upgrade to the new Rotimatic Next, even after paying a premium price. Unfortunately, this company is no longer what it used to be. We waited five months to receive our Rotimatic Next, only for it to arrive broken right out of the box with a defective control arm. What followed has been a nightmare: endless delays, empty promises, and a complete lack of accountability from their team. I was sent a corrupt shipping label, and despite multiple follow-ups, no one corrected it. Weeks have passed with no resolution and minimal communication, and it's clear they're not prioritizing U.S. customers anymore, especially since moving production to India and now with increased tariffs. Stay AWAY from these guys.
