Be prepared that this comes from china…which I didn't realize. I ordered a month ago and it appears my package is just sitting in LA. It's a Christmas gift and at this point I'm not expecting to get it in time.

The website reads 3-5 day shipping, but what they don't tell you is that the item takes several days to make. I order it on dec 18 and got it jan 6 a little different from 3-5 days very misleading

I ordered 4 puzzle piece necklaces and when they finally arrived, they were all shipped in one little plastic bag and the boxes I ordered with them were seperate. The necklaces were all tangled together. I have gotten 1 out of the 4 untangled, which took me 3 hours and I am still working on the others. When I voiced my concern, they told me that they got tangled in transit and that I should take them to a local jewelry store for help.

I thought I purchased a embroidered sweatshirt that looked beautiful on the website, but when I got it it was an poor quality thing, ugly printed on shirt. I asked for a refund but they only offered 30% of my purchased price and I could keep the ugly shirt, I wouldn't give that thing to anyone. If I sent it back to China it would cost over 30.00. I spent 39 plus shipping so I am out 46 dollars. So no I will not buy from them again, and will tell my family and friends not to.

I thought the design and idea was super cute, but when I got the sweater, the fabric felt cheap and it took almost a month of delivery that for a second I thought I got scammed!

Cool. Very cool. Since you insist on a certain amount of characters. It was cool except one of the rivets came out and she had to rig it to keep it together.

Satisfied with your product, you had it ready for shipment in a timely manner but USPS took 10 days to pick up and deliver the product, way too long.

Relatively easy. Nice unique gift ideas. Plan for long shipping/deliver times. This item was shipped from China.

I paid extra an extra $25 for 3 day shipping and the package didn't come in until 21 days later! I emailed a complaint. And all you'll receive back is an automated email that basically says you're screwed. Finally got the package and it is Low quality sweater with a high quality price tag. Do not shop here.

Package never arrived at all so I don't really have a positive light on them

After purchasing from this site the order never attached properly to my account so it was impossible to track without contacting your company. The response back was within 1-2 days which was nice but still no change on my account. Additionally, the photo album wasn't the quality I expected so I will return it.

I finally received my order after contacting customer service a couple of times. I understand that they have more orders to feel than mine, but I didn't expect it to take so long to receive my order. I am happy with my order though, the finished product was just as I ordered.
