I ordered on Feb 10 and didn't receive my product until March 7. I had to email the company 4 different times to see why the bracelet was taking so long especially when I paid 7.98 for express shipping. The company just kept saying it was delayed and be patient. I finally got an explanation after the 4th time and received the product a few days later. The bracelet I received is beautiful but the long wait I was not happy with when I paid the extra money.
So far this has been easy to order.

It is located in China and the merchandise is not what I'd described and they ship you product to you using fake information, making it nearly impossible to return! I looked at the reviews before I purchased, clearly something is off. I also reported them to consumer affairs! I wouldn't give this place any stars! I only want to afford someone the opportunity that I wasn't! Do not say that I didn't warn you!

The bracelet is good quality and the names are correct. But the clasp hurts my wrist and have to put a piece of tape on the clasp to protect my wrist.
