I ordered a swivel rocker chair... when it came in... it actually was unfinished--the seams weren't completed on the arms. They helped putting the box(chair) into my truck - it was a rainy/mixed snow day - where they did bring out a covering from a mattress and then they were gone! I alone had to wrap it and tie it down as I live out of town from Penticton BC. Unloading the box I found it to be upside down - opened (so they had to have looked at it)- and of course seams unfinished. I called... they picked up and ordered another. SEVEN weeks later it arrived... and this one the swivel rocker mechanism was bent and did not operate properly. I wished for a refund - which was refused as they quoted a 'no refund policy'. So they switched the hardware from the first chair with the new one. Also... the chair was supposed to come with arm cover protectors... where the first chair did not have... I called the store FOUR times leaving messages each time either on the machine or to the girl behind the desk... and no one ever called back. The second chair did not come with them either. The owner claimed it would come a bit later... nothing yet and it's been FIVE weeks now and counting...(and I doubt it ever will come... another lie).

SAVE YOURSELF... and go ANYWHERE else!
