Roobet is nothing but a scam. I was playing and had some luck, managing to win a decent amount of money. Out of nowhere, they requested that I complete a KYC (Know Your Customer) verification. I complied, thinking it was a standard process, but as soon as I submitted my information, I was logged out of my account. When I tried to log back in, I was completely locked out and unable to access my funds. I emailed their support team multiple times, explaining the situation and asking for help, but I never received a single response.
