Beware! Fraudulent product and broken refund promises

We purchased a Michael Jordan UNC jersey that was guaranteed to be authentic NCAA licensed. The jersey was a joke - the logo looked like it was drawn on by someone who had never seen a basketball player. Customer support has promised a refund several times but none have been forthcoming.
