The Rockler store in San Diego went above and beyond. I was trying to order a CNC router online through the Rockler website because of traveling for business. I was having trouble with my credit card due to the amount and couldn't make the transaction. I went to the nearest Rockler store which was in San Diego. I explained my problem, so they Contacted the store in Washington where I live and were able to have the cnc router waiting for me To pick up upon my return. What awesome customer service. You guys rock.
Excuse my french but $#*!ING TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. They have good tools but there customer service is the worst i have ever delt with emailed 3 times over the course of 5 days and they sent me a no-reply email and said there expecting to respond within the next 4 hours obviously that never happened then i called and waited for 1 hour for some one to answer
I've spent a fair amount of money at Rockler and they have a number of good products. However they refuse to stand behind the products and brands they sell. Had a Triton orbital sander quit working after 110 days and neither triton nor Rockler would provide any relief. I'd give both 0 stars if it was possible. I'll go to Woodcraft from now on.
Update of prior review: Rockler customer service exchanged the sander for a new one. Very much appreciated.
I ordered $800 plus hand pulls from Rockler. Service to get them was ok but I ordered two extra and one is defective. I have been trying for 3 em weeks now to get a replacement. They have you send a picture and description of defect to a drop box for their vendor. Then you get NOTHING. Still waiting
A company this big should get products out much faster when ordered on line. I will just drive to a box store close to home to get what I need. Most on line store orders go out the day i order them
