So far so good. Came intact. Undamaged. Well packaged. The bike was pretty easy to assemble with what little remained. If not for mosquitoes would have been enjoyable. The 14 year old loves the bike. Best bike he's ever been on. Riding all over the trails and bike lanes of Central Wisconsin. Very pleased with ease of ordering. Prompt delivery. Packaging and ultimately the product. Thank you.
SCAMMERS, bought a bike from overstock thru Road Bike Oulet and the bike came damaged, Overstock and Road Bike Outlet refuse to help they expect me to pay $405 and not get a perfect new bike. So i called Road Bike oulet and they told me to use nail polish or paint and fix it myself with $15 credit, LOL. Both Overstock and Road Bike Outlet are scammers and shouldnt be in business in the USA. Plus they charge a restock fee and a return shipping fee when its not the consumers fault. STAY AWAY from Overstock and Road Bike Outlet

shipping damage, bike brakes installed improperly--had to be readjustment as brakes were adjusted with brake "tabs" in the up position.

I love everything about the experience the price the board only downfall is that the pump hose broke first time i used it.
I bought a pair of these shoes about a year ago. They hit the sweet spot as far as fit, function, durability and price, especially at the discount. So I thought I would snatch up another pair if they were still available.
Everything was great, fast delivery, love the bike. The only issue I have is that the derailleur is not calibrated right and I cannot put it in the lowest gear without it catching on the spokes as the wheel turns. As long as I'm not in the lowest gear, there are no issues. I did not expect to have an issue like this after purchasing the Pro Tune package.

The bikes shipped right away. Road Bike Outlet provided good communication with status and shipping info. We haven't taken them out for a ride yet but the bikes seem great.
