Ritual Holidays

Hotels was good. Vehicle was veey old and driver was not trained. Gulmarg sightseeing was not completed due to misguide.

It was nice tour organized by Ritual Holidays. But hotel managment for family was poor at somnath. As asked for the same to representative of Ritual he talked with us in worst tone. Later hotel managemnet resolve the issue on their level. But In this area Ritual want to improve how to resolve customer issue in journey. Overall it was nice trip.

Ritual Holidays provided excellent service. We went to Singapore - Malaysia and had the most amazing experience... Ritual Holidays did an awesome job booking n everything was perfect. They took care of everything else...
In future will definitely go with Ritual Holidays..

We had booked it for a tour to Jim Corbett and Lansdowne. Our booking agent Mr. Pradeep Gurjar was very cordial and booked hotels which I choose. He was very helpful.

Cons:
The problem was with the driver and the car. The driver was rude and a liar. He came 2.15 hours late to pick us after 3 dozen calls in a non commercial innova whose left front window didn't open. Imagine in hill station where the driver won't open the A/c and the window won't open. Even after making payment I had got more than a half dozen emails about incomplete payment.

Pros:
The tour allows you to change the hotels prior to booking and also is very flexible in the itenary, which are an added advantage.

Advice: Please have some control on the 3rd party from whom you are procuring the car and driver.

I had a good experience with Ritual Holidays. The stay, cab, ehacior was overall very good and they they made our expwrience to see them again surely.

Ritual Holidays provided me Muslim car, Muslim Hotel and Muslim Driver for temple tour, not felt well, no satisfactory response from management, they only provide hotel and car through local tour travels and no control on that...

Almost good. But stay in hotel at Puri was not good.hotel was below average and not satisfactory. Except this, all over journey and other things were satisfactory.

Friends my request always try a Brand like Ritual /thomas kook /cox &king. Dont run after sweet voices of travel agent traping you. Rest After the trip

We asked ritual to plan our trip for nainital. They give us the package to and from Delhi. They fulfil the commitment they have given. The trip includes 2 nights in Nainital(Hotel Spring Bird), 1 night in Kausani (Hotel Himvadi), and 2 nights in Corbett (Hotel Royals Corbett Forest Resort). There are some good abd bad experience stated below:
Thing that were positive:
1. The driver was the best and he guide us very well thorughout the trip.
2. Hotels in Nainital and Corbett were up to the mark.
3. Breakfast in Ninital and Corbett was good.
4. Budget was appropriate.

Things that were negative:
1. Hotel in Kausani was wrost.
2. They given hotel in Bhimtal which was 20 km away from Nainital. It would be better if hotel was in Nainital.

Overall the experience with Ritual was satisfactory.

I booked a tour to Munnar from Kochi from 16.02.2018 to 18. 0. 2018. The representative of the company Miss Priya was very cooperative, supportive and positive in dealing. Hotel was good. But the behavior of the driver of the vehicle provided to me was very bad. He was so adamant for not shopping from the outlet of his choice. Despite our making the full payment to the company, he received a message of receiving balance amount of Rs. 3857/. On my taking up the matter with the company he has not received the message for 3 days, he was insisting rather threatening to not to drop us without making the balance payment. However, on my vigorous follow with the company the matter was resolved
