Everything was fine. My first order contained the guitar sunset on a darker t-shirt, which online looked ok, but was too dark when I got it. So I ordered one in white and it is terrific!
I've bought 2 shirts from them. Good quality material and the designs look just like what's shown. I'm a concert and festival goer, so these shirts speak for me. Really glad I got them.

I purchased a birthday gift for my son. I purchased a medium sized shirt. When it arrived all was well, but the shirt was too small for my son. I messaged the company and was told, unfortunately, since I received what I ordered I'm not "eligible" to return or get a refund. What company on the planet (besides this one and those who don't make it) has such a response to customer satisfaction?! VERY unhappy with them.
The 2nd time ordering from Rhythm and Beat found 2 of the 5 shirts to be too big. No big deal right? Just exchange them, right? Rhythm and Beat has other ideas. They ONLY exchange defective product and then only after sending them multiple pics of the defects. They also want pictures of the designs, to "investigate" who knows what. Then shirts are only exchanged for the same exact size and design. If you happen to order a wrong size, they expect you to EAT IT. Pretty rough for $5 Hobby Lobby plain shirts with prints added selling for $20. No other options offered. No idea where other reviews get off saying "Great Customer service". I call that very POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. We like the designs, but not that much. Not buying there any more.
Ordered 3 t shirts that were supposedly unisex, so I ordered a medium. Clearly not unisex. Snug on a woman. Also only received 2 of the 3!

I paid more than the email enticing me to spend promised I would. You can't honestly advertise that people are getting a certain price and then pull a "bait and switch" on people who have larger sizes. I know I still got some money off, but it was still not at the level of the deal advertised. Don't think I will be back.

I am looking for other posts about the size guide but haven't seen any so thought I'd call attention to it. It says "men's tshirt size guide" but the XL for example is 24 inch chest. I don't even know if that's large enough for a kids size but it's certainly too small for an adult. I have sent the company my concern but haven't heard back yet. My experience started out on a positive side. But the larger t-shirt I thought was going to be the color on the picture. But I got white... on my other t- shirt I thought I ordered the rock and roll t- shirt but I got music notes. Now it could be I clicked on the wrong picture but I was unhappy.
I liked the website, it was easy to order, and I got the shirt quickly. The shirt design was faulty and I have filed a complaint. I would like a new shirt with the design in the right place, or a refund.
I love the idea of these shirts, unfortunately the quality has not lived up to their claims. The print has all but vanished in one section after 3 washes. I have contacted them on multiple occassions via their website and via email and have had no response at all... they claim to have great products, great support and service.
They have none of those 3 things in my experience and I will not buy from them again nor will I recommend them to anyone else.

Not to repeat what I said to your colleague, and the dimensions provided were wrong. Whether Gildan dropped the ball or the dimensions are for men's apparel, the four tees I ordered are unwearable by me. And I'm no size six. I haven't removed the tags, or wore them, because I would like to return them when I buy new items that fit me.
All I have asked if them, is to change what they've sent me for a smaller size. They haven't replied to three emails so far. Really disappointed.
