Absolutely dreadful experience! I ordered my Sony Alpha two months ago (order *******), and it hasn't arrived yet. Customer support was not giving me any information about the location of the parcel, they just blamed DHL for the delay. No tracking number, nothing. When I asked for the refund, they started threatening me with law suits for writing negative reviews. Unbelievable!
Very fast and reliable. Best prices I could find in EU and Shipping also from EU country so no extra taxes. Everything went smoothly and I got my gear in less than a week. Well-packed and had a fast response to my extra questions after ordering as well. 5/5 will order again when I'm upgrading :).
I used my camera for a few months for work but then stopped turning on. I returned it under warranty at my own cost. I've waited 4 months and have had rude one line email replies with no information given. The communication from customer service is extremely unprofessional and stressful. All I want to know is when I will get my camera returned, what is the fault or my money returned. I strongly recommend not using this company, I feel totally ripped off. I am thinking of visiting their offices and pursuing this through a lawyer.

I cant fault the service (to Cyprus). Delivered in days by DHL.
Contacting the company regarding a slight delay was answered promptly and the delay was due to a Bank Holiday that I forgot. Would not hesitate to use again.
We have ordered our Canon machine before Christmas and received the item in a short time, considering the business of that time period. Overall, we were more than happy with the service and the product is working well too. I would recommend this website to anyone looking for great items for a reasonable price.
The price was the best I found for my gear and the delivery according with the information on the website, within a few days I had my camera at home. Communication was easy, I received an immediate answer to my email question. I will have no doubts to buy again with Rhinocamera, and will keep checking their website for something else I will need in the future.:-)
Got my first purchase from Rhinocamera... I bought a Canon EOS R with RF 24-105mm F4 IS lense + adapter. Came within specified period of time, safely packed. Received correspondence throughout delivery process. Replied swiftly with live chat on the website when i had enquiry about the package. Price is hard to beat... at least for the items i have bought.
Using it every day - so far so good.

I never received the camera and am now in a battle to have the costs refunded of a very expensive camera. This has still not been done (after 1 week of asking) and I have no way to know if this will be done. To make matters worse, the customer service is poor and I'm not being treated well. Buyer beware.
I bought a camera last June (about 1900 EU). After almost one year and tons of debate I have no camera and I have no money, they don't want to pay back... The police has started the investigation. Never buy anything for them!
This is a Gibraltar-based garage-shop selling products of questionable origin and quality. The website looks great and the ordering process is smooth... the problems started with delivery (I ordered Canon lens). The lens had no original packaging (just casually wrapped), no manual, no warranty included nothing... AND they were faulty! Also other smaller things I ordered on the side did not arrive... then of course you want a refund. But that requires you shipping back the product (at your own cost, USD 70 in my case for DHL)... and then the whole process was extremely unpleasant, cumbersome and unprofessional... finally I did get back my money, after 40 days of emailing or so... my advice: go to a proper camera/electronics shop next to you and pay 10% more to get a proper product and service...
Well, yes... they ARE in Europe, in Gibraltar (or so it seems), but they are nowhere else as they claim to be. There's nowhere to call in order to get a repair, no original warranty to speak of, and if you want to return what you bought, for whatever reason, good luck getting your money back.
TrustPilot? Paid accomplices. Not kidding. They live off their deals with sellers. Do the math.
This review is totally unacceptable, firstly non of the manufacturers we deal with manufacture in China! Canon, Nikon, Fuji, Sony all manufacture in Thailand and Japan and we purchase these through Europe. We repair over 500 items a year in Europe under manufacturer warranty, hence this comment is totally unacceptable. This is not a review this is an attempt to damage our business, it cannot be construed any other way and it is unacceptable, furthermore we don't pay for a Trustpilot account, its free, and we would happily leave them, hence with this, the inaccurate comment of China, Europe, disgraceful comment of scammers, with 120,000 customers in 19 countries over 8 years to deliberately look to damage a business is totally unacceptable.
I bought a camera with a black friday offer on november 23th and I received on 24th december after we spoke that I would receive a refund. After all I opened and the packet was manipulated, no invoice anywhere and the Black Friday offer that consisted on a battery and a lens filter was a fake. I received a cheap battery not compatible, there was no lens filter anywhere and the comunication was bad, not professional and agressive sometimes.
I will never buy again there and take care if you are planning too.
Is very suspicious to receive the package thst way without invoice and it looks like second hand or black market.
I ordered a tamron lens on August 20, August 23, received an email about the shipment, 5 days later, wrote to support the question of where my product is, I have not received a tracking number, after 14 days, I wrote that DHL can not locate the shipment, they promised to send a replacement. Replacement was not found, the money returned September 22
That was a great experience. It took couple of weeks to get my lens - but everything was as I expected and now I have a great lens for my camera. Thank you! Definately will order again.
A short while ago we ordered a camera for my stepdaughter in Germany via Rhinocamera.de. Everything went very well, and she received her gift in only a few short days, and is very pleased with it. Excellent service! Thank you.
Rhino camera is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I purchased a new camera in May 2021, the camera mysteriously stopped working in September 2021. I asked customer support what to do and they requested I send the camera back to them (at my own cost) for them to investigate. The camera was received and signed for by Rhino Camera in October 2021. It is now 8 months later and I have had the most horrendous communication from their staff. Despite informing them of my new address abroad and offering to pay for a courier to collect the camera from them they are rude, unresponsive and utterly incompetent. The general manager initially apologized for the staff's incompetence and then turned out to be the most incompetent of the lot! I email and call and use the live chat to try to get a response and yet 8 months down the road I am still camera-less, with no answers and this has massively impacted my livelihood as a professional photographer.
This company is an absolute joke and I am €2000+ out of pocket and have zero camera to speak of.
It's disgusting how this company operates.
The second time I bought a Rhinocamera lens for my Canon. First Sigma 100-400mm lens and now Canon 16-35mm f / 4. The purchase went well and quickly. The package was very well packed in the Czech Republic in 3 days and protected against damage. Price more than great compared to local shops, the difference is usually more than 1/4 in favor of Rhinocamera.

I found this website by searching to buy some products and found very good prices. I contacted them and ordered 2 items, I arranged for payment and delivery, all came in time and very good condtion. They also gave me additional free SD card and UV filter and CPL filter. I thank them for that. Jean
I can say only that this was tje best ecperiece with ordering from another country. They did everything for me, and I didn't have any problems with customs and transport costs. Dhl delivered the package directly to my front door adress. Thank you Rhinocamera once more!
I ordered a Nikon Z5 on black Friday in 2021 on the Rhinocamera's website, the company didn't send me the tracking number, the excuse for that is what they called "the bulk shipping": once this bulk of packages are been delivered to a specific region they scatter off, and only at that time a tracking number will form, and I stupidly trusted them. The man that I always contacted is called Miguel Garcia he kept blaming the COVID pandemic for the delay. Before Christmas I asked him if the camera was able to arrive before Christmas, Garcia said yes off the top of his head. Now 3 months later after I bought it, I haven't received anything, I've already canceled this order since January due to this seemed infinitive delay, they said the money had been refunded immediately and it might take a working week to successfully receive it, after 2 weeks of waiting, not to my surprise, nothing has gone into my account. I imagined some other possibilities that might delay this refundment like the money has been refunded to the wrong credit card, so I asked him to send me proof of this refundment, and... well I guess I wouldn't be here if he sent me that.
So the conclusion I think Is pretty obvious, don't buy anything from Rhinocamera, don't be another fool like me who would ever buy something expensive on a small website.

Clearly with a 120,000 customers in 19 countries over 8 years the comment of being a garage shop is just insulting, there is no need to be insulting to the employees with our business. I am not sure why the user states 70 USD, we don't deal in USD, we are in Europe, it makes no sense to us. We do not know who this customer is as we have no order number, it is impossible to reply but it's clear the comments are made to damage our business, questioning origin and quality with 120,000 customers should not be the case, nor insulting the business by stating a a garage-shop - totally unacceptable and unnecessary.
