There was one small ding on the side that I can easily repair. The panels are clean and sharp-edged and the construction is very sturdy. Outstanding customer care.

Love your site, and all the great products and specials available. My only wish is that as a Canadian you would allow Canadian credit cards to be used when shipping to a boarder for pick up. I have a good friend in the US who placed my order for me with her credit card which still works...I would just love the chance to shop as a regular customer as I live very close to a boarder and pick things up all time from other American companies where I do some online shopping from.

did not receive the ten dollar off that showed up until I gave you all a call about the simply simmons brushes. when I returned to the site the discount disappeared

Brushes were not exactly as I expected, having bought a Signet from Jerry's Artarama recently, appearing to be from earlier models.

This website will never let me sign in, so always have to type in info. other then that...I'm happy.

When I had questions about brush sizes and called, the man on the phone was extremely helpful and polite which is lacking with most art suppliers. I have my own art instruction buisness and plan on shopping from Rex Art again.

It was easy to find what I was looking for without having to sort through a bunch of stuff I didn't want to look at. Well done.

I don't like the options to ship what's in and pay for future shipping or just ship what you have and cancel the order. There should be an option to wait until it's all assembled to ship.

The shipping is way too much for the products I order---
brushes & paper that weigh hardly anything. This keeps me from ordering very often.

i'm a little concerned about what happens if something isnt in stock - its fine if i dont get the item, so long as im refunded for it if its not there.
