I love RevZilla. My friend told me about them because they use affirm. If you can't afford something all at once its super convenient and awesome to be able to split it into multiple payments with no interest. I have not seen other motorcycle gear vendors use affirm.(great business decision btw). So far shipping has been pretty quick as well and I've had no issues with the products. They also have review videos of their products and their support rocks.
Having to pay $20 extra in return costs due to horrible sizing of the eclipse 2 jacket sucks. I guess my bad on the first return given I ordered an L (6'@ 200lbs) when I should have sized up as it's a jacket and meant to be worn with layers, however getting the XL and it still being tight in the shoulders and the hem sitting almost at my belly button is a joke. Seems like a great jacket but hard to really say as I haven't been able to fit into one yet.
What I expected, nothing more, nothing less. Revzilla used to set the standard for customer service, but since the big merger/acquisition, it just doesn't seem quite the same. The personal tough has pretty much disappeared. In this particular order, a Givi case arrived fairly quickly, but still slower than when I order Givi from a reseller in Italy (note: I'm about 45 minutes from Revzilla's Philly shop.)
I've been a customer since they opened.
The product lines from this order are very well known to me.
Not my first revzilla purchase. Tires were at a good price and available. Tuner price was higher than on dynojets website but I'm sure if I ordered through them shipping would've cost more and probably would've taken longer to get. Oh well. Tires shipped fedex... FedEx sucks they're never on time, always delays. Wish they'd use someone else.
Parts were in stock and I get rev cash for purchases.
I wanted them
Really pleased with the order process and a little surprised at how quickly it arrived. I am really happy with the gear, particularly the heated pants the slip over my clothes. The well-designed bottoms have zippers op the legs that allow me to easily slip them on while wearing boots. They both top and bottom are lightweight and easily folded up and carried.
The variety of equipment, association with CycleWorld, the Rever app, and the dependable ordering that does not surprise me.
Exactly what I wanted and affordable.
Local store and selection of items
Great variety to choose from for any price range. I ordered a helmet, jacket, riding jeans, shoes, and a bike cover. Everything fit! Pay attention to the instructions of the sizing charts carefully! They work! Everything I ordered was well made and in great condition. I'm very satisfied with RevZilla so far.
Youtubers I follow recommendations.
A balance between safety, quality, and affordability.
I had an issue with an order being split and half of the order gone missing. Once RevZilla was made aware of the problem, they identified the issue, and overnighted the missing portion of my order straight away. Mistakes do happen, but RevZilla handled the issue with professionalism and an immediacy that got me back on the road as quickly as possible. I highly recommend RevZilla.
I asked for assistance and they sent me this review email.
I used poor judgement.
Everything went great with my order! It was delivered in a timely fashion, there were no issues, and I am happy with the product. Gotta dock a star though because now my email is spammed with marketing emails from them. Multiple emails a day…very unclassy. A monthly sale flyer with promotional coupons or something would be great…multiple daily emails totally not cool.
Pretty good website, delivery times are average, sometimes early, sometimes late. Pricing on non-house brands can be hit & miss.
The no hassle returns policy is nice but since you have to pay for return shipping not really an option for items that may not fit. To be honest I prefer to see wearable items in person & try them on before buying.
Received a com unit that was obviously opened & returned or was used as a demo. I sent pictures of the box with the added labels on it (it had several) & customer service waived the return fee.
When checking the website approximately 1 week later to reorder an "open box" unit was offered at a discount. Due to the timing and the claim that it was shipped directly from the manufacturer I would make the assumption that it was the unit I returned. I would have been open to a partial refund to keep the unit but it was not offered (which I get, people scam for discounts all the time).
I do not have retailers in my area that carry much of a selection of motorcycle gear.
Really need more technical details on some of the parts and brands. While they are often very good, it takes utilization of many other resources before one can sometimes know to buy from revzilla. This info would be quite helpful if available with the parts. Unlike experts in motorbike parts, I'm a layman of sorts.
A terrible experience. Quick to make blind assumptions, not listening well and quick to pawn off. Like buying a 'Friday Tractor'. So, an alleged expert with apparently thousands of installs, seemingly could not begin to imagine the 2 ends of the common part I was describing, clearly. Instead I was offered a return or to contact the mfg.
I contacted the mfg. and in 10 seconds clarified I was simply in error (I had the part backwards like an idiot) and then I was well on my way using the awesome part I could seemingly only find on RevZilla. I have used revzilla for years and have enjoyed past parts options you make available. Thx!

Function and made well
Everything seemed easy enough to find and the selection was good. Every item I ordered was in-stock. For some reason, one item had to ship later than everything else. Held up my oil change for a few days. Could have bought that item locally if they would have said something prior to placing the order. Used to the speed of Amazon, so Revzilla seems slow.
10% off first order!

I'm happy with my jacket and the buying process. However, I live in Hawaii, and the shipping has been complicated on this and previous purchases. When I purchased it would not let me give a PO Box for delivery. So I gave my physical address. Free shipping took over 3 weeks to get here and was delivered at the post office where my PO Box is. They said they almost sent it back. Revzilla needs to realize that when you send an item ground shipping on USPS to Hawaii, it literally goes on the ship. This is new as of about a year ago. Please update your system.
Picture confirming the order did not match what i wanted. Then Customer service on hold for long time. Ultimately chat helped me. Just hoping I get the correct item in my order.
I did get the correct order and it came in the time frame promised. Overall it ended up working out very well. I would definitely use them again!
The picture of the order did not match what i wanted, the customer service gal was able to confirm the order code and assured me it was the correct item. As it turned out she was right.
Only place I could find what I needed

Good overall the only thing I didn't like was the no-exchange thing. Instead of exchanging you have to return the item then re-order. If you order something a little more expensive that means you're waiting for that refund for a couple business days at least. I also don't like the increased emphasis on the RevZilla brands like Sedici and what not. When I visit a retail location (Cycle Gear) it's almost entirely RevZilla brands now. It's nothing personal I just like the fit and feel of Alpinestars and Rev'It gear.
Nothing to say other than my return went smoothly.
Generally a good selection and site is easy to navigate.
Item ordered was shipped promptly, as usual, with Revzilla. Price was best that I could find on the web. As usual with UPS, box was crushed/ damaged in one location. Fortunately item was not damaged.
Only gave 4 stars because Revzilla's 'notify when in stock' did not work. I was never notified. Just got lucky and checked website and was in stock.
Revzilla’s customer service is great. Very helpful people.
Revzilla has good prices on many items. Their customer service is great.
The product I received was defective but Revzilla took care of the issue immediately through several emails. The Rokker jeans I ordered were missing the velcro that secures the armor in place in the knee area. I received the option of store credit or full refund, and, while this all took a few days, I was satisfied with Revzilla's attention to detail and willingness to make things right. BTW, apart from the missing velcro, I thought these jeans fit perfectly at the size specified.
Andrew at Revzilla was patient and helpful every step of the way. We exchanged emails with photos of the issue at hand and as soon as we agreed that the product was defective, he was attentive in coordinating credit and free return shipping. He also threw in a some ZillaCash for my troubles.
Great selection and prices, and easy shopping for quality moto gear.
Based on customer reviews and perceived quality relating to price. But the product I received was defective and had to be returned.
Ordering was easy, product got here, problem was they were, "Experiencing more business than they could handle, phone calls and emails were backlogged etc. etc." on the answering machine. They did apologize and made up for the inconvenience and I appreciate their efforts in that regard.
Ordered from you before.
Howdy! I know I'm not alone on this. However I was sad to find out I didn't recieve a RevZilla sticker with my recent purchase. I do love the fact u ship tires in a complete box now vs just shrink wrap. So I font mean to sound ungrateful. I've gotten stickers in the past for my purchases, and thought RevZilla might just be changing things. Well as a long time customer this won't make me stop buying from u. It just gives that excitement when u open ur order and see one. Plus Free Advertising! Have a good day. Thanks for everything else!
Wide variety of products for different bikes.
The last set of Bridgestone I had were no longer available.
Great place to shop. My local Cycle Gear is a joke and only carries the cheap gear. They never have anything but sport bike stuff. I end up on here because it's just better than dealing with cycle gear. Or I have to travel 7 hours to go to a Revzilla location.
Best place to show to find what you're looking for.
I am having to reorder a skid plate you said you didn't have, when you could have communicated you do have it in silver and not black. That would have been fine and we could have continued. The fact it took me reaching out to you about my order does concern me. When my wife who order almost a week after me gets her skid plate in black and I still have no notification or update does concern me. I will say that when I reached out to your team they did get back to me quickly, just would have been nice if they also communicated the still had silver because we could have just moved change the order and sent it. So I'm back now to reorder my stuff and wait again.
I have always liked RevZilla and I will always shop here. I have a local Cycle Gear and I hate going there because they don't have anything but Sedici and Street and Steel. Good luck finding any other known name brands. If you do it's always some off the wall size from a special order. Also nothing in store has color, you will only find black. Because of that I would rather just order online with RevZilla. Why waste my time going to a store to order it, because I know I will have to.
I have used RevZilla for years and they have been great. Plus, the military discount is nice.
I wish when you do a return and its just a size issue, you had a way of doing the return and adding that item to ship to you all in one. Other than that this is always a great place to get gear.
Been a rider for years and always used RevZilla. I have a cycle gear locally and I just hate going their. They only sell Bilt, and alpinestars, and Fox for off road. Good luck finding any other brand for gear. Rather than waste my time dealing with a store that will have to order it anyways, I come here. I have never seen Klim in that store and with the amount of adventure riders we have in New Mexico I don't get it. Every adventure rider out here has Klim gear, and I'm sure most ordered it from RevZilla.
Nice shoes, quick delivery. Dislike the duty fees and the exchange rate due to my Canadianess. So hoping Revzilla can work on that
While Revzilla has a wide variety of products, it is unfortunate that their policies lack their ability to give good customer service. While I get that you do not want to lose money on returns of used products...having a policy where customers can't return slightly used items is mind blowing to me. How will anyone know if something truly works for their bike.
I got hand grips recently that I thought would be softer, but were a hard plastic, but since I couldn't try them out without risking not being able to return them, just ended up returning them.
It was on a different purchase and I got the "oh well you tried them so we can't take them back sorry." Figured I would give it one more go, but like I said Dennis kirk has way better customer service.
I honestly probably won't be choosing you guys anymore Dennis Kirk has amazing customer service and most of the time the best price
I ordered a product that I decided I wanted based on research, including RevZilla review videos, and feel pleased with it now that I have received it. The box that my jacket came in was extremely crumpled and had holes ripped in it in a bunch of places way past the point of normal shipping wear and tear. It looked like raccoons had tried (successfully) to eat their way into my box. Luckily, my jacket and its packaging inside were unscathed.
Ease of ordering and 15% off email sign up promo code.
I've ordered from RevZilla numerous times. When I can find the items I'm looking for the prices are good, shipping is fast and customer service, when needed, is excellent. My only complaint about the site is that they have MANY items listed which they do not have "in stock" or "available." Seems if an item is not available in any color or size perhaps don't list it so I don't have to wade through a bunch of items I couldn't get even if I wanted them. Other than that RevZilla is a great site for motorcycle enthusiasts.
Generally speaking they have a good selection of motorcycle gear at reasonable prices, shipping is always fast and customer service is good.
All my gear is Alpinestar and I needed track gloves to complete my kit you had them on sale so the price was good.
For the most part, I'm very happy with Greg Sailer. I especially appreciate the customer feedback on their website and the product videos they produce. They generally do a good job of helping me to understand options.
More frequently recently I have noticed that products I'm looking for are either not in stock or not carried by RevZilla. That is forced me to look at other retailers.
I was initially drawn by the product videos. The online customer comments about products. I’ve also been very helpful.
In order to get 15% off, I signed up for the text and email marketing by Revzilla. I even used the link to try to find products, but the stuff I put in my shopping cart from their list did not generate a discount. I contacted a support person via chat and he confirmed that the stuff did not generate a discount even though it was on the list. I was duped. I admit it. Based upon my past dealings with them, I had thought that Revzilla wa above that sort of thing.
They carry the products that I want and I find the videos on products very helpful. Also, their priced are usually competitive.
I ordered a 2 gal Giant Loop Armadillo bag through Revzilla. Revzilla emailed that I would receive an email indicating when it would be shipped. This email came AFTER the package arrived on my doorstep. Fortunately my neighbor saw the package and let me know before some porch thief found it before I did. Arriving on a Sunday also was unexpected.
I'm just hoping Revzilla and Giant Loop (it was shipped direct from GL) can coordinate better to keep customers better informed.
I’ve used Revzilla before and they have had good prices and I’ve had good shipping experiences.
Awesome product selection and prices. My only reason for giving 4 stars is fulfillment times. I understand the constraints of fulfillment, but my helmet took 5-6 business days just to ship, then it's another 4 days in the mail.
Google search
Site interface, product selection and product listings are all great, especially how many products have video reviews for them that are surprisingly insightful. Return policy for protective riding gear is convenient. The option to pay more for faster shipping to Hawaii would be a welcome addition though, shipping as it is now can take a week or more.
Easier to find what I need than Amazon with better organization. More detailed sizing information and a more friendly return policy for protective gear as well. Also, video reviews are very helpful. Product listing is not flooded with countless junk from unpronounceable brands.
