Ordering is easy, like most sites. However, its when there are issues is where RevZilla really shines. Sometimes the parts just don't fit like you would want or the gear isn't what you expected. RevZilla takes has always been responsive and they take care of it quickly. So many store fronts (and people) are just so unresponsive when an issue arises, not RevZilla in my several years of experience with them.

As noted above, responsive and took care of the issue within a day. Consistently good.

There's not much difference in pricing for motorcycle gear and equipment. Pretty much every site and store is selling at MSRP. It's customer service that makes the difference and that's why I am loyal to RevZilla. I've never had an issue with returns. Orders arrive fast. The site is full of helpful reviews. I had sizing issues with my orders and RevZilla gave me good advice and accepted my exchanges without any issues. I'll buy from RevZilla whenever I can.

I ordered the Alpinestars J-6 WP Women's Riding Shoes in grey/purple. I'm normally a women's size 10 but sized down to 9.5 per previous reviews and I'm glad I did (probably could have gone down to a 9 in all honesty). These shoes are super comfy for riding and also just when walking around, they don't slip on any surface I've come in contact with yet. They have great ankle support too! So far the best riding shoes I've had so far.

I've bought multiple items in the past year from them including riding gear and bike parts. Had to return/exchange some things. Never a problem. Good prices, particularly on clearance. Reasonably fast shipping, usually within one week in the US. $10 shipping return fee is reasonable considering what shipping costs otherwise. Recommend them.

I recently purchased the Dryspec D-20 soft panniers. Had some Revzilla cash, RPM cash, a Gift Card and the Customer Service rep was very helpful in ensuring I use all of that towards my purchase as things got a little complicated. Further, I got a price match and she made sure that remained in place while working through the $$s. All in all, a great experience. 2nd purchase of a major item. Will keep coming back for best price and service.

So far I have purchased almost all of my gear from this site. They have such a wide variety of women's clothing to choose from, it has made this journey easy! The return policy is great and absolutely necessary when trying to shop for women's anything. But most of the sizing charts have been on point and I have only had to swap out a few items... pants, of course! Shipping is always extremely fast and they process returns very quickly.

The product descriptions were misleading. When it said the front disc pads came in pairs I understood it to mean that since my BMW's has a pair of brake discs on the front axle that one order would do both discs, Wrong! So I had to reorder another set of front pads and because the cost didn't meet your free shipping cost limit they were more expensive. Needless to say I won't be ordering brake parts from Revzilla in the future.

Some previous customer reviews mentioned that the gloves seemed too tight / small.

A Revzilla video review mentioned that the gloves might be slightly large.

So I balanced those opinions and stayed with my normal size (Medium). (For reference, I have relatively big palms and short fingers and usually wear medium in all sorts of gloves.)

I should have listened to the customer reviews. I'm working on stretching them out, but these are pretty small and tight.

These are the best purchases I make, professional help and very good quality products offered by RevZilla make me always come back to them. I have already bought many things here, such as jackets, trousers, helmets, intercoms, shoes, gloves, thermal underwear, balaclavas under helmets and many other products that have never disappointed me. I recommend the RevZilla store.

These riding shoes (boots) are nice, real leather, comfy, easy off zipper, better protection than tennis shoes. That's about all the good things. Otherwise they seem like a 120-150 dollar pair of boots. They're moderately comfortable, nowhere to tuck the laces, no extra ankle protection, and priced like they would have all the features. They also don't give the best footing on the bike (I get it they're riding shoes, but "riding" is still in there), soles can be a little slippery at times. I'm gonna keep them, but kinda wish I woulda went a different direction.

Beginner getting some first gear here :) Tried a few things on in the store and got some great advice from the knowledgeable staff. Some items weren't available in store so I ordered them online. Had to return one item because of sizing and the customer service rep not only processed the return but made recommendations about alternatives. LOVE this place!

Excellent service, above and beyond!

I've been a customer since 2016, great service, fast shipping, great customer service, after the new merger only recently I had some issues, the packaging had arrived in bad shape which never happened before, lost an item from a big hole in the box and got sent a used item when paid for new, but customer service is quick and understanding and fixed the issue. The new perks program isn't as great as a couple years ago, IMO. There are still some nice promos though.

As a long-standing customer, I ordered a set of Pirelli Diablo Rosso IV tires because your website said they were "in stock". To my surprise, they were shipped and received separately but the larger issue is that the rear tire is dated 4423 (which is fine) but the front tire is dated 3421, already two+ years old. This might not seem an issue to you, but for a frequent Dragon twisty rider, it IS an issue when my butt is on the line at a 50+ degree lean.

Purchased an open box item for a considerable discount and was satisfied with the helmet except for a minor blemish on the exterior. The only reason I chose 4 out of five stars is because the helmet came with no instructions on care and maintenance as well as inner lining and face shield removal, otherwise it is a top shelf product. Would definitely purchase again.

Revella is great never had an issue they're always quick to respond.
The citation too helmet that I purchased however I will only get four stars the internal sun visor is hardly tinted on like the LS2 previous version which had a nice dark tinted lens that came stock with it and it allows a lot of air flow through sometimes too much even with all the vents closed ( contacts don't like wind)

My son loves shopping at Revzilla. So a gift card seemed like a great idea for his birthday. I went on the website and it was very easy to order just what I wanted. There was an email option for the card, but since I had enough time, I opted to get the actual card mailed. They mailed it right away and I had it within 3 days. He appreciated the card. And I appreciated the easy shopping experience!

What I expected, nothing more, nothing less. Revzilla used to set the standard for customer service, but since the big merger/acquisition, it just doesn't seem quite the same. The personal tough has pretty much disappeared. In this particular order, a Givi case arrived fairly quickly, but still slower than when I order Givi from a reseller in Italy (note: I'm about 45 minutes from Revzilla's Philly shop.)

I ordered a Dainese wind shirt that was on sale at a huge discount. It arrived on time in perfect condition. I put it on and realized their size "2x" was basically a medium for me.(6'1-270lbs) I went back to the site and noticed "Some customers stated that advertised sizes tend to run small." Yep, there was all the information I needed. Oh well, I guess it'll keep me on my toes about my weight. It "fits," but if I have another long-sleeved shirt underneath it's like trying to put on a wet suit. Live and learn.

A1 experience with Revzilla. I already had two other Merlins and both were in medium, so when I ordered this Merlin Barton II in brown, I ordered medium without hesitation. Absolutely beautiful jacket, but it turned out to be way too small for me (5'11" 42 chest, narrow build). I could barely pull this one on. Returned it with zero hassle, and received a large within two days! Fits perfectly, and it is now my alpha jacket. Thank you Revzilla!

Love revzilla, great selection and customer service. Won't buy boots or clothes here again though, charged $10 to ship back boots that were wildly uncomfortable. Would love to give RZ all my business, but Amazon has free returns for stuff like that. That being said, you still get a 5 star review for everything else.

Revzilla has been a go-to store for me since most other places either don't carry nearly as much or charge more than usual. Their site is easy to use, the filters are extensive, and specs for each piece of gear I want are always listed. They ship quick and have a good customer return procedure that makes like easy if something doesn't fit correctly.

So revzilla just respectfully made good on a mistake on their part. That's solid integrity and great business! Trust redeemed guys!

Before ordering, I called to confirm shipping method and was told to use my physical address and NOT my P.O. Box because the item would definitely ship UPS. A couple days later I received a confirmation that the item shipped US Mail. There is no mail delivery to my area and this issue caused more than an inconvenience on my part. I called and sent an email to try and correct the situation and your reply essentially said "you should have used your P.O. Box" when I was told by your rep not to. Very frustrating.
