I ordered a new helmet. I received a new helmet however it was made in April 2021. They say that helmets should be replaced every 5 years. This one is almost 4 years old already. It fits and feels great just wish it was a little newer. Revzilla must not check the manufacture dates. I would still buy from them again.

Great product but the shipping company was horrible. It rode around on the truck for 3 days in my neighborhood before i received it, i was thankful the box wasnt destroyed
Order a Cardo Pack Talk Neo, I wasn't given an option to choose my shipping was automatically given free shipping which was USPS which I didn't want! Asked to cancel the order was told to late even though package was still sitting at the warehouse. I asked the rep why wasn't I given the option to chose a carrier I was told it had to be USPS because of the Lithium Ion battery, bold face lie! After waiting over a week for a 3 day ship I asked for an RMA I was given free shipping back and oh wait it was Fed Ex! So again why wasn't I able to pick my carrier and pay for a better service for a $300 comm unit? Nothing but lies will never use Revzilla again or it's partner companies!
I got what i ordered quickly as expected. I need to contact customer support because the pin lock insert is ordered didn't fit. But that's another matter.

I used to struggle with fogged up visors. I tried antifog chemicals and solutions, nothing worked. I decided to try a Pinlock. It is amazing to get on my bike and go. No more fogging and the inserts were less costly than all that other antifog solutions. I have 3 helmets and they all have Pinlock inserts.
