Quality products, shipping nightmare.

I got my first bike and did a lot of research on gear. I ordered protection from head to toe for both my new bike and myself on June 14th. Some items in my cart mentioned additional lead time and I also live in Hawaii so I know what to expect with long shipping times. Unfortunately Revzilla blew all my expectations out of the water when it comes to waiting on product. It's now July 19th and I am still waiting on my riding pants and gloves. I reached out to customer service and they were all very nice and gave me little refunds but it still doesn't change the fact that I have waited over a month for safety gear. It's been brutal having a new bike but only taking it out for short rides. I've lived on Maui for over five years and have never run into any type of shipping complications like this before. Unfortunately even with their nice employees in customer service I will not be ordering from them again in the future.

Why 4 days to ship?

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. It looks like your order was placed on the 9/14 after hours, and the item had a 2-4 business day lead time prior to shipping. It was with the carrier and on its way to you on the 9/19, which is the 4th business day after your order got processed.

Transalp throttle lock
June 13, 2024

I didn't like that the throttle lock worked best if you had bar buster hand guards. Didn't look right without them and I don't want them. But that was not a Revzilla problem. Revzilla was great. Gave money back just as promised with no hassle. Will buy from them again for sure.

Waiting for refund. I shipped it back last week. It's not the lady on the phone. She is trying to make A living. You count on people being too lazy to return. To me that is A scum bag move. Profit over everything like A big Pharma company. You really should do better! Don't you agree?

Bait and Switch

Something has changed. In the past I have been a satisfied Revzilla customer. Now I feel that I have been a victim of a bait and switch scam. When I checked out I assumed that the accompanying picture was a picture of what I was ordering and paying for. NOPE What I received was markedly different and I was informed that it would be $40 more to get what was illustrated.

I purposefully drove from Chesapeake Va., to the RevZilla store in Pennsylvania as I wanted to observe with my own eyes that RevZilla Stores are equipped as shown on all of the ReviZilla U-Tube presentations.

I was impressed with the quantity of "Stuff" available within the store. I spent over 3 hours shopping at the store. I had the pleasure of working with "Lee" during that time and she was very experienced and knowledgeable. If she wasn't certain about a product she would consult with another employee to make certain that I was correctly informed.

I highly recommend, whenever possible, for customers to go to the store rather than just ordering on-line.

The only concern I had was not being able to place an order for an item that was shown as NOT available on the computer if it were not in the store. I had 4 items that were ordered via the internet and one was the Aria XD- 5 helmet. I wanted to look at the other colors available but was not able to see them in person. I ordered based upon seeing, in the store, the Aria XD- 4. I ordered the Black Frost Helmet but was really considering the multicolor helmet. It was shown on the internet as Not Available and therefore I could not order that color.

It looks like I would have been able to be placed on a list for the specific color but would have had to wait a bit longer to be told I could now order that helmet. I recommend that you change that process so that a customer can get the color that he/she wants.

Orders process & ship fast which is good. Items may ship separately which is okay if it speeds up individual ship times. Notification emails are plentiful, but non order emails could be less frequent. However, so far the emails have been somewhat relevant to recent searches, so they use a decent algorithm. Popular items are out of stock like everywhere else, but there is a decent selection of alternatives.
