I've paid for a good package for this website only to have them hire an Indian to quite literally copy and paste my previous resume word for word. Yes, you read this correctly, they copied and pasted my previous resume and charged me over $200. I contacted the supervisor and he/she was the biggest c**** I've ever met in my life, their response was "Take it or leave it" literally no refund or an apology. If you'd like to get a great resume written, I'd recommend LinkedIn and hire a contractor there. They are actual humans and would love to hear your feedback and requests. I've got mine from Linkedin and instantly got interviews. I've attached a picture of their work(on the left) and the previous resume(on the right) I've sent them. I used them a while back and it's a scam. Or they are just totally inco,petent.There may be someone trying to use AI to produce resumes because the one they made for me was so off. I'm sure this is based in China and they lure people in with the low price but give nearly illegible products. When I call the lady was barely able to speak english...right then i figured out what was going on. I asked for my money back...no go.

I called Resume 101 last week to get info on their service. It was the cheapest service so I went with them (my mistake). During the phone call, the operator had really poor command of english so getting details was difficult...basically she wanted me to send the facts of work history and achievements, responsibilities etc... I had a bad feeling but I went with it since I had already paid.
Anyway, I just got the draft back, looked like a 5th grader typed it out. Grammar mistakes everywhere, words left out, skills included that I didn't know I had.
I communicated with them and they said, "Just tell us the mistakes and we'll correct them." I said, "Read the data sheet I sent and you correct them."
Anyway, this service is terrible. "You get what you pay for." I'm asking for a refund.
Initially I had issues with the Resume that was written. Their Customer Experience Manager (Meryl) intervened and had the resume re-written, which was a lot more professional looking. Their customer service is very good.
I used their service. Mediocre at best. Better off with someone else. Waste of $ 119.00 service.
All they did was paraphrase / condense my resume. No earth shattering improvement or formatting.
Update: I tried to send emails via their system to redo the resume - they are asking for additional $ 119 to update the resume. What a bunch of crooks. Take your business elsewhere.
2nd Update: I got a email saying that their CEM (customer experience manager) will call me in 24 hours to discuss. After 24 hours I reminded them that no one called or emailed. As of June 23, 72 hours has elapsed and no call or email. ORDR NUMBER: 7218299
