After your licence expires, Restoro will annoy you with incessant popups for update purchasess and crashed programs. If you purchase an upgrage license, there is no way to install it into the Restoro program and no way to stop the endles popups. When Restoro is run, it claims to do a lot, but doesn't tell you what it did. You can hope that the changes wee good and needed. I've had six worthless popups while writing this review. I have upgrade licenses that I haven't been able to install.

Oh yeah, they fixed my computer at one time but when it came time to renew my subscription, a restoro rep called me and wanted to look at my computer. He said it needed more work and proceeded to get me to send more money. It was right after Christmas and I didn't have the money to pay him. He got really irritated and said he would remove the program. Instead, he hack my computer to where it will not even boot up. Many files are missing. I have tried to contact Restoro about the problem and I get no response from them. DO NOT let these thieves get control of your computer! There are many legitimate programs out there that can clean your computer. Restoro is not one of them.

I fell for it about a year ago when my computer was crawling. Free turned into $40, which then turned into them wanting $200. I trust my pc repair guy, so when he didn't find any corrupted files like Restoro did, I know they were full of it. They just called wanting to access my computer, saying they were going to charge me $300 if I didn't allow them to access and remove software. Even though I got email confirmation of cancelling with them 10 months ago.

I was planning to renew it, but my Hitman software tagged it as malware so I thought some of their files were corrupted. I clicked Ok to quaranteen, then tried to use it and it was gone. Tried to go to website but my pc is blocking access and I can't figure it out. No support from Restoro and the instructions on the internet on how to unblock such a thing don't work. I am relatively tech savvy. Too much time. Just gonna let it go, I guess. Such a shame.

The software does not work. My computer is still slow and the software hangs-up and the final screen and I have to force quit the application. Went to website to get refund and filled out the refund page and never got a response back. Then I reached out to Paddle when they do the billing through and was told they would reach out to Restoro so they would reach out to me. That didn't happen so I emailed Paddle again and they said they couldn't refund me and gave me a link to Restoro to speak to someone via chat. I was told over 60 days so no refund. I asked for them to cancel my subscription and give me a prorated refund which I think is fair for a reputable software company. They refused so I just told them to cancel my subscription and Manuelyn P. (person I chatted with) said she would cancel the auto-renewel. I asked her to send me an email confirming auto-renewal had been canceled. She then sent me this, "To help you, we have now forwarded to our Customer Service Team the cancellation of the auto-renewal option on your subscription today. This means you will not be automatically charged once your subscription expires. You will receive an email with more information from our Customer Service Team within 24 - 48 hours." If I don't get an email from them confirming I'll update post. I have a feeling I'm going to get billed again. I would avoid doing business with this company. In fact rule of thumb is if they don't have a phone # to contact someone via a phone call, don't do business with them.

I was prompted that my license was expiring in 3 months. When I followed the link, I was given a new license number and lost 3 months service since the expiration date was from the date ow renewal, not the done year after my first expiration date.
They try to claim that is a normal way to renew.

Bought this product, installed it and ran it! After reboot, left with a black screen with no cursor. Rang support twice over 24 hours. Each time I was told an expert would ring me back within the hour. No calls were received! In the end I had to have my PC rebuilt at a cost of three hundred dollars! The marketer of the product Paddle in the UK at least refunded my money with urgency. Well done to them but the product cost me money and wasted at least a week of my life!

Simply rang support team as my license key was not valid even though I just purchased it 4 days ago. They asked a punch of questions which led to the operator taking control of my laptop and ran some tests only to say that the price for repairing my laptop would be $400 for unlimited monthly support or around $700 for 1 year subscription. I was only asking why my license key was coming up as invalid and this led to what I feel, a marketing trap.

... for a bunch of scammers. I got charged for this ($50-odd) without even realising I'd ordered it, so I thought I'd give it a go anyway. Got a license key, used it and the system seemed to do some okay stuff. Then the license key failed on the second scan. Called the 0800 number (nice touch, that, for scammers) and got a guy who wanted to access my computer, which I naturally declined. Asked him to send a proper license key via email, which he was incredibly reluctant to do. Avoid at all costs.

The program, Restoro, did what it was avertised to do. But the representative tried very hard and repeatedly to have a technician deal with "warnings." (On the most right column, it said, "None." meaning nothing must be done.)
Subsequently I went to another expert, who told me they were normal and not to worry about them, saving me $199 that Restoro wanted to charge for removing them. BTW, as soon as rep realized I was not buying and while I was talking to her, she hung-up.

24 hrs ago I purchased this for my pc & was not able to download. Tried emailing & calling but NADA. Last night I received a reply email informing me the flow of customers in front of me was "medium volume." I bought the one-year subscription on 1st August. Never worked, I had to do the cleaning manually every day as it was with the free trial. I have written emails asking for help, but no reply whatsoever. I have even left a "ticket", because today the program changed from Greek to English and doesn't recognize my one-year subscription. Avoid this app. I was desperate to fix a problem on my computer that actually should be fixed by Microsoft so after a few sites and videos on YouTube I've decided to try Restoro even if I don't totally trust these kind apps that finds problems on your computer and promise to fix for a price.

Didn't fix anything and even added a new one: ransom:win64/magniber.ad!mtb

I think I was fast enough to find it, kill it, uninstall and asked for a return (that I think I will never get).

Avoid really.

Installed and ran the software, did what it said it must do, now one of my programs doesn't work as it removed something from the registry.
Try getting hold of the aftersales or technical department is a nightmare on its own.
I followed all the instruction given to restore the computer back, nothing works.
I purchased this software for three of our computers, definitely will not be installing this on the other two. Wouldn't recommend this to anyone.

I installed Restoro in Jan 2022 and it seemed to help. Quicker response time, found and cured (?) several faults. Then it stopped. After doing a laptop scan, I instructed it to make repairs. When it gets to 40% of the repair, "halted unexpectedly..." happens. Searched Restoro.com and about 50 other problems were listed by users without solutions. Not ready for prime time. $41 down the tubes.

Main reason I bought Restoro was that it was advertised to fix broken registries. I run Restoro and when it was gathering information about my system is said I had 61 broken registries. Then it fixed it and restarted my computer. Out of curiosity I run it back immediately after restart and now it reported 93 broken registries. So not only did it fix my computer but it maid things worse. Very disappointed, what a waist of money.

I dont know how good this product is. I am not a techie but I did have trouble in activating the license... so I called and they spent a lot of time with me and fixed the problem... My problem is that they wanted me to spend $290 to "fix ' problems outside of the capability of the software. When I told them I could not afford that they said they had a technician who would do it for $190... These kinds of tactics make any software company look bad... the same thing you get from certain window companies
Even more alarming is that Avast warned me that several of the files contained malware... I know these anti virus programs can sometimes set of false alarms so I am wondering. But the software did get some good reviews on line... Jury is out

If it sounds too good to be true... Bought the 1 time license, thinking that it would repair the thousands of errors it uncovered but you have to call to "activate" and it becomes a hard sell session to get you to let the technician, who just happens to have a "slot" open to work on your PC for a few hours to correct all of the problems for a mere $249. When you resist, they start negotiating that price. Even if I could afford it, I am now too suspicious to continue with this company.

I'm not able to get Restoro to fix anything, because it insists on doing a "caps lock" when I try to enter my product key which doesn't have any capital letters thus I keep getting rejected. The scan part seemed to be pointing out lots of issues that my McAfee doesn't see. It won't fix anything, and I haven't been able to get by this issue.
So they took my money, but are apparently deaf 'cause there isn't a phone number to talk to a real person and the robot like list of choices doesn't include REAL_PERSON as an option.

After much time of scanning my computer and enduring a sales pitch of how great the service would resolves issues of speed and performance, there was no evidence of the slightest improvement. The enormous fee is merely a scam to scavange sucker bait bucks from the unsuspecting and experienced. Such abuse of the Internet is reported to the FCC and to the FTC as vain, worthless product marketing schemes..
