My husband and I are both patients of Reston Sunrise Dentistry/ Dr. Hanah Pham.
Dr. Pham goes out of her way to ensure optimum treatment with maximum comfort. The atmosphere of the office is very relaxed with bright and inviting treatment areas.
Dr. Pham always discusses procedures with us to make sure we understand everything and is more than happy to explain when we don't.
We are always provided with an estimate and they even file the insurance claims for us. On my most recent visit Dr. Pham found a crack on my night guard and had it replaced at no extra cost to me.
I highly recommend Dr. Pham and will continue to do so.

I particularly like the fact that when necessary, various levels of sedation are available to assure a comfortable, painless experience. I have been seeing Dr. Pham for 8 years and have had extensive work done... full mouth reconstruction with cosmetic veneers and crowns, root canals, fillings, deep cleanings, splint therapy. Dr. Hanah Pham immediately put me at ease. She is extremely thorough and puts patients first. From having cavities filled initially with sedation, to having a costume night guard made & maintained, I have had Superior service from Dr. Hanah Pham and staff. I highly recommend Dr. HanahPham.

I have had Cosmetic Veneers fillings and of course my regular check up and cleanings.The staff is has been very helpful with my insurance providing me with an estimate before any dental procedure. I visited her office few times, at first her receptionist greeted me with "your accent is so funny" don't know where on Earth is that a way to approach a CUSTOMER but that women seemed entitled to such a behavior.
Then the cleaning and the planning started. I brought in my family. Spent $2000 on cleaning.
Last visit another $1000 on two cavities and 2 and a half hours of nitro (laughing gas) for $250. Excessive, abusive and unnecessary. Waste of my time, had a bad hangover and an infection the following day (Dr. Pham didn't isolate the molars before procedure)
During my last visit, I went to the bathroom, speechless, so unsanitary. Smelly and dirty. I let the water run and left. Drugged still of the gas, until the next day woke up with blood on the pillow, I had a cut on my internal left cheek. Had to take antibiotics and Motrin for a week (she didn't prescribe those either) I'm disgusted, to say the least. Will NOT recommend her practice, everything I endure during those visits is a NO NO.
Her receptionist plays a sort of double roll of "assistant" (I doubt she had any credential) and it's obvious she "manages" the how much as well.
Dr. Pham needs to clean that place up from the ground, hire responsable credited co-workers and upgrade her practice.
Ps. Those dying plants and coffee grinds? Crumbs? On the coffee table look bad.
Napkins on old dirty chairs? No.

If you have any fears of visiting the dentist, then this dentist, Dr. Hanah Pham, will certainly come highly recommended. Past dental experiences had made me fear the dentist, as anytime real work was done, I would incur pain. Furthermore, always felt as though I was being sold something I didn't need. After years and years f not visiting any dentist, I knew I had to go back. After some research, I selected Dr. Hanah Pham, and I can honestly say, she listens & treats you well. Best decision I ever made was to have Dr. Hanah Pham as my dental care provider.

I have been a patient of Dr. Pham's for over 10 years and have been very happy with the experience. They have provided me with thorough, high- quality dental care, and have always been treated with respect, the staff is always good about providing me with an estimate before any procedures, but whats most important is that I have never felt pressured into any of the procedures recommended. I trust Dr. Pham and her staff completely cause I know she has my best interest at heart.Dr. Pham and her staff are always cheerful and professional. I recommend Dr. Hanah Pham for all dental needs.
