We had an emergency regarding our toilet paper supply for our county fair. Karen went out of her way to accommodate our needs and make sure the order was received ASAP!
It was easy to order and my items came quickly but the straps are too short and make the goggles too tight. I will not order again because the items are not useable.
Shipping was expensive and cost more than the item but quick. I didn't realize the cups didn't come with lids though and would not make this purchase again.

Forgot to insert the discount code when making the online purchase. Emailed customer service to ask them to adjust the final purchase price. The company was closed, but had an auto-reply email assuring me that customer service would contact me the next business day. Not only did they email me the next business day, but also adjusted the payment to reflect the discount code. NOW THAT'S WHAT I CALL GOID CUSTOMER SERVICE!
