“Crap quality, no refund”

Site poses as luxury lighting but sells Chinese crap. When my flimsy but expensive light arrived, it hung completely crooked. I've been pursuing a refund for over a month while they claim to process it. Reviewers on other sites have had similar experiences. This is a borderline scam. Buyer beware.
