Summary - Rb sent Laptop Battery - but was dead.
Unable to rec' satisfactory response. 1st they flogged me off.
6/1/23 - the co.uk web site closed now using.com
11/1/23 - sent return goods request to.com site - No answer.
Made up a fictitious enq "Stock Battery for my mobile?"
Got reply - Ah So, they are seeing my emails.
8/2/23 - sent msg using their on-line Chat
- Repeating request a solution to Faulty goods -
Response - "This Order you gave is not ours"
"We are not replacement-batteries.co.uk"
Oh yeah? Then why is Web site exact same & same contact details?
Q. are Rb selling good working batteries or dud ones? - some folks may be happy? But...from my experiece
Avoid this company. Suspect. No after sale service.
It's Hong kong located.
IF there is problem with goods - their likely to cheat - put you off
