I recently purchased a replacement water inlet valve for my dishwasher from RepairClinic.com, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. A few months ago I ordered a dishwasher rack. It was out of stock but they said they would send it to me when it came. Meanwhile I found one elsewhere and called Repair Clinic to cancel the order. I received the dishwasher rack from RC in the mail today. I called to return it and asked RC to cover the return shipping cost as it was their mistake. They refused as they couldn't find my cancellation. They didn't believe me. Bad customer service. Just for a few dollars.
If I had checked these ratings first, I probably would not have ordered from them. However, in my case, it was a blessing that I didn't check. After first purchasing the part I needed locally and realizing after I got home that the part I was given was not even close to what I had ordered, I decided to look online. Repair Clinic was the first to pop up when I Googled my part number. I got two of the parts for less than half the price I paid for one at the local shop. It was delivered in two days as promised. The only negative experience was that the links provided in the emails I received implied a video was available to show how to install the new parts, since they looked different than the original (a change made by the manufacturer). The links did not work, so I decided to browse the Repair Clinic web site, where promises of thousands of references were listed on their search page - but alas, my part was not one of them. So, I searched YouTube and found a 9 minute video that was extremely helpful. In fact, it only took me about 10 minutes total, including video time, to finish the repair because the video demonstration duplicated the repair I was doing. I'm very sorry to read this other poor reviews. It makes me wonder if I just got lucky, or if only those with issues are entering reviews...

The only reason for 4 starts not 5 is the lack of communication with customer service.
I understand that during the pandemic companies are doing the best they can.

Small engine parts I've been with repair clinic.com for as long as I can remember I'm starting the little shop at home and repairing small engine so I've been ordering parts replied a while now being good so far toll my last order I Ordered Ignition coil and they said that they didn't sell it no more so I was putting in my other order and I found the Same Ignition coil and I placed the order it and I had it in stock I like to work with honest people after a worker me misty call me that they don't sell it anymore so I have to look for another place for my small engine part that's too badd I like working with repair clinic.com sorry your loss
It was delivered on time for install. It was the correct part. It was easy to install. Very pleased with my purchase. I will order again if needed.
